We offer an AI website audit ($99) and related small-business AI services. These terms explain the ground rules. Nothing here is designed to trip you up — it's just the standard stuff you'd expect from a legitimate business.

Use of the Audit Service

The AI Website Audit is offered for $99. Payment is processed via Stripe at checkout. Refund policy: full refund within 7 days if the audit hasn't been delivered. Once delivered, no refund.

The audit is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Our findings represent our honest assessment based on available data at the time of the review, but they're not a warranty or guarantee of any specific outcome.

Recommendations in the audit report should be reviewed by a qualified developer or marketing professional before implementation. We won't be held responsible for changes you make based on the report — you know your business better than we do, and ultimately the call is yours.

Intellectual Property

The audit content we deliver to you is owned by Bendu AI. You're welcome to share it internally with your team, partners, or developer. Please don't republish it publicly or represent it as your own work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bendu AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for the AI Website Audit, is $99.

When you submit a form, you're agreeing to receive the audit or scope you requested and a follow-up or two about how we might help further. We won't spam you. If you want to opt out at any time, just reply “unsubscribe” or email brad@benduai.com and we'll remove you immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
