We provide free and paid AI assessments for small businesses. These terms explain the ground rules for using our website and services.

Assessment Services

The free assessment provides one practical recommendation. The Comprehensive AI Assessment is offered for $999 and is paid in full at booking when online booking is available. Recommendations are informational and are not a warranty or guarantee of a particular outcome.

Your Responsibilities

Please do not submit credentials, customer lists, internal documents, detailed proprietary processes, or other sensitive information through our forms. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bendu AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
