What We Collect
When you request an assessment, we collect the contact and business information you choose to provide, including your name, role, business name, email, phone, website status, city, state, industry, assessment goal, and recording consent.
Sensitive Information
Please do not submit revenue, profit, customer lists, internal documents, credentials, detailed proprietary processes, or other sensitive information. Our forms are designed to collect only high-level business context.
How We Use It
We use submitted information to respond to your request, schedule an assessment, and follow up about relevant services. We do not sell your information. Formspree processes form submissions for delivery, and Stripe processes payment when applicable; we do not store card numbers.
