Who We Are

What We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Form submissions— When you request an audit or scope of work, we collect your name, email address, business name, and website URL. That's it.
• Payment information — Payment for the AI Website Audit is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your credit card numbers.
• Site analytics — We use Google Analytics (property ID: G-3L51F9WYB5) to understand how visitors find and use this site. IP addresses are anonymized.

What We Do With It

Simple: we use your contact info to send you the audit or scope you requested, and to follow up about our services. That's the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties, with two narrow exceptions:

• Formspree — our form processor, which routes your submission to us. They receive your form data solely for delivery purposes.
• Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymized usage data. No personal info from forms is passed to Google.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to track aggregate page views and traffic sources. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. IP anonymization is enabled. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Opt Out & Deletion

Want us to delete your information or stop hearing from us? Just email brad@benduai.com with the subject line “Delete my info” and we'll take care of it promptly — no questions, no runaround.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. We won't use your data in materially different ways without letting you know first.
